Rental Information:

The Center is availability for rental with costs of:
$200 Fairport Residents / $250 Non-Fairport Rental Fee
plus a $100 Security

Alcohol is permitted as long as a police officer is hired for the event
at a cost of $25/hour.
The police officer must be present and paid for the entire duration of the event.

If you have not received your new Golden Buckeye Card

RSVP is looking for volunteers you must be 55 years and older. Please call

The Lake County Community Development Corporation (A non-profit United Way Agency) has recently started a housing rehabilitation program for single-family, owner occupied housing. Funding is made available from the State of Ohio Department of Development, U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Lake County CDC. This program is for emergency home repair for the elderly and those with disabilities. Possible projects include: ramps and other accessibility modifications, badly deteriorated walls, roofs and windows, heating/plumbing systems, porch repair. Candidates must be: Lake County Homeowner, at least 65 years of age and/or disabled or have a family member who is disabled, income of less than $14,700/yr for one person; $16,800/yr for two persons.
