Dial 211 for Information and Referral Services - This is a new information and referral service in Northeast Ohio allowing residential and business telephone customers to dial 2-1-1 for health and human service information. The service is free and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service can help locate the following programs and services: Basic human needs resources, physical and mental health resources, employment resources, support for senior citizens and person with disabilities, support for children and volunteer opportunities and donations.
